Dr Victor Pantano
Victor Pantano is an investment manager with ANU Connect Ventures. Victor has over 5 years experience in the area of technology transfer and commercialization. In addition to his role at ANU Connect Ventures, Victor is a Business Development Manager based in the ANU Office of Commercialization where his prime responsibility is the development of commercialization opportunities based on research in the physical sciences and engineering areas. He also has responsibilities within the Co-operative Research Centre for Advanced Automotive Technology where he manages the Automotive Supplier Excellence Australia project. Prior to this Victor was based at the University of Warwick where his role included the transfer of technology from the University’s specialist research facilities to the UK automotive industry. He completed his PhD in the area of technology transfer with Ford Motor Company based in various locations including Australia, India, Europe and the US. Victor is currently a Director of Soltek Pty Ltd a small manufacturing company based in the composites area whose products are sold internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the ANU.
