Dr Karen Edwards
Karen Edwards works at the Office of Commercialisation at the ANU as a Business Development Manager in Life Sciences where she manages the commercialisation of opportunities from disclosure and IP protection through to seeking commercial partners and negotiating license agreements. Karen has undergraduate degrees from the University of Natal [BSc (Chemistry and Applied Chemistry)] and University of Cape Town [BSc(Hons) (Chemistry)] and a PhD from the University of London. She is currently completing a Master of Management in Technology, Innovation and Commercialisation through the National Graduate School of Management at the ANU.
